COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT POLICY

The Mindful Map Coaching, LLC, a New York limited liability company, together with its affiliates, licensors, successors, and assigns (collectively, "The Mindful Map Coaching," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its Website and services to do the same.

This Copyright and Trademark Infringement Policy applies to content appearing on www.themindfulmapcoaching.com (the "Website").

If you believe in good faith that material appearing on the Website infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you (or your authorized representative) may submit a written notice requesting that the material be removed or access to it be disabled.

To be effective, a notice of claimed infringement must include the following information:

The Company reserves the right not to respond to notices that do not substantially comply with the foregoing requirements.

Notices of claimed copyright infringement should comply with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), where applicable. Individuals submitting notices are encouraged to consult legal counsel before filing a claim. Please be aware that knowingly submitting false claims may subject the complaining party to liability under applicable law.

The Company reserves the right to investigate, remove, restrict access to, or take other action regarding allegedly infringing material in its sole discretion.

The Company further reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Website following the posting of revisions constitutes acceptance of any such revisions.
